About

This is my little corner of the internet. I have a passion for music that I try to put into practise as often as possible.
Some of that you can find below and if you really enjoy it then please feel free to contact me for any suggestions, ideas, requests, etc.

Music

Throughout the years I've created quite a lot of music but only recorded a fragment of it. Sometimes the songs where written in English and sometimes in Swedish, dependping on the mood. What follows are the songs themselves and little tidbits of information. All music and lyrics are mine except otherwise noted.

Less Than a Spark

2021

With time to spare during the pandemic I refound my interest in writing songs in english. This was almost a catharsis.

Everything Breaks

2020

I wrote this song for the Swedish "Melodifestivalen" 2021 but it didn't get picked. Very fun to write a song for a specific purpose though and I will probably try again.

Sönder

2015

The line "We who once were broken" got stuck on my mind and it turned out into this song. It was a fun project with a choir consisting of Antoinette Savhammar and Mia Wallengren and also a guest guitar player in Janne Magnusson.

Vill jag se

2009

Ultrasound of our first child resulted in an inspiration for this song. Later played on her naming ceremony

Stilla

2009

A moment in time. We we're laying on the beaches of Varadero, Cuba and for a second everything was quiet. We were on our honeymoon and Antoinette was carrying our first child.

1000

2008

This song was written in my old apartment in Majorna when I was contemplating how to propose to my then girlfriend. It ended up as a live performance on the cliffs in Skärhamn. She said 'Yes' and we later used a variation as the theme for our wedding.

Ut på hav

2005

Despite the melancholic tone in the song it was written on a note of hope. Bad thoughts had been cleared out and it was time to leave.

Ingenting

2003

A bad break-up and a thorn that remained for a long time. I still enjoy the song though.
